§ 1 Purpose

Vontobel is a platform designed to illustrate what a modern fixed-term deposit comparison platform could look like. No financial services within the meaning of the German Banking Act (KWG) are provided.

§ 2 Use

The platform can be used free of charge and without registration (except for specific functions such as the dashboard). Registration does not create any real contractual relationship.

§ 3 No Investment Advice

Content, comparisons, interest rates and calculators do not constitute investment advice, a recommendation or an invitation to purchase financial products. All information is fictional.

§ 4 Liability

Use of the platform is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform.

§ 5 Intellectual Property

The name, logo, design language and code are original creations.

§ 6 Final Provisions

German law applies. To the extent legally permissible, the place of performance and jurisdiction is Berlin.
